Insights and briefs generated by Frictly are produced using AI and are based on publicly available app store reviews. These may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.

Content is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for verifying any insights before making product or business decisions based on them.

Frictly and its underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of any data you provide. Insights and briefs generated from your usage are yours to use, but may not be resold or redistributed commercially without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frictly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We aim to keep Frictly available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Frictly at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.
