To send email and Slack alerts based on your preferences

To improve the accuracy and quality of the service

To provide customer support when requested

App Review Data

Frictly analyzes publicly available reviews from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We do not access private data from the applications being monitored, nor do we collect any data from end users of those applications.

Review data is used solely to generate monitoring insights and is not shared with third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the service (such as hosting, authentication, and AI providers). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and monitoring history for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
